What the service is

MatchedBet.app is an odds-comparison and calculation service. It shows bookmakers' and betting exchanges' prices side by side, and works out stakes and expected values from them. We are not a bookmaker or an exchange: we take no bets, hold no funds and place nothing on your behalf. Every bet is yours, placed with a bookmaker or exchange under their own terms.

Prices change quickly and come from third parties. We do our best to show them accurately and promptly, but we can't promise that any price, offer or figure is correct, available or current when you act on it. Check the price with the bookmaker and the exchange before you bet.

Who may join

You must be 18 or over, and allowed to bet where you live. One membership is for one person: don't share your login.

Your membership

• New members get a 7-day free trial. A card is taken at sign-up, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
• After the trial, the membership costs £9.99 a month, charged to your card each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will try again over about a week. If it still fails, your membership ends and you can renew it when you next log in.
• We may change the price. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price, and you can cancel before then.
• Refunds: [your refund policy, consistent with UK consumer law].

Using the service

Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute what the service shows, try to get around its limits or security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end an account that does.

Gambling responsibly

Matched betting carries risk, including the risk of mistakes when placing bets. Only stake what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, free help is available from BeGambleAware, GamCare and GAMSTOP.

Our liability

The service is provided as it is. We aren't responsible for losses from bets you place, from prices or figures that turn out to be wrong or out of date, or from a bookmaker or exchange's decisions.
